Our material supplier, Florida Stucco, provides Gem Finishes, an etch-resistant alternative to traditional marcite pool plaster. These mill-prepared finishes are formulated using premium colored quartz aggregates, white Portland cement, and proprietary additives that enhance strength, density, bonding, and curing performance.

Gem Finishes produces a hard, long-lasting surface that is highly resistant to staining and spot etching, common issues with conventional pool plasters. The exposed aggregate creates a safe, slip-resistant, and non-abrasive finish, achieving compressive strengths exceeding 3,500 psi within 24 hours and over 7,000 psi at 28 days.
