Joe Johnston
MAJORITY SHAREHOLDER AND PROJECT DIRECTOR
Joe is a majority shareholder of Islamorada Pools and leads the company with a focus on quality, communication, and dependable project delivery. With a background in construction management, outdoor surface design, and client operations, Joe oversees each project from planning through completion. He works closely with homeowners, team members, subcontractors, and designers to ensure every step stays on track and aligns with the client’s vision.
Joe’s leadership keeps the company grounded in high standards, clear expectations, and a smooth experience for customers. His goal is to create pools and outdoor spaces that perform well, look beautiful, and stand up to the demands of life in the Keys.

Tiffany Williams
POOL DESIGNER, SCHEDULER, SHAREHOLDER
Tiffany is a shareholder of Islamorada Pools and the creative mind behind many of our signature designs. She specializes in taking a homeowner’s ideas and turning them into functional, beautiful pool plans that fit the style and lifestyle of the Florida Keys. Her focus is on experience-driven design that blends practicality with imagination.
Along with her design role, Tiffany manages scheduling for the company with the care and precision of a chief of staff. She keeps teams aligned, resources organized, and timelines moving. Her combination of creativity and operational discipline helps ensure a high-quality result from the first concept meeting to the final walkthrough.

Dan Dillon
COMMERCIAL POOL CONTRACTOR AND SHAREHOLDER
Dan is a shareholder in Islamorada Pools and contributes years of hands-on experience across residential and commercial pool projects. As the company’s licensed Commercial Pool Contractor (CPC), he carries responsibility for compliance, permitting, inspections, and many technical aspects of the work. His knowledge ensures that every pool meets the safety, structural, and regulatory standards required in Florida.
Dan is also an active member of the local community. He is involved in several organizations and currently serves as president of the local Moose. His leadership in both the industry and the community reflects his dedication to raising standards and supporting those around him.

His knowledge of circulation, filtration, system balancing, and modern control technology ensures that every pool operates as efficiently and reliably as possible.
Todd oversees hydraulic layout, system configuration, automation integration, and technical troubleshooting. His grounded approach keeps projects realistic, well-engineered, and successful.

At Islamorada Pools, Andy contributes to specialty elements, custom structures, and creative design problem solving. His work helps bring the finer details of each pool environment to life, delivering both strength and style.

SUBCONTRACTOR COORDINATOR AND PRODUCT OPERATIONS LEAD
Anyeliza keeps the operational side of the company running smoothly. She acts as a chief of staff for subcontractors, coordinating schedules, managing communication, and keeping everyone aligned with the standards of Islamorada Pools. Her ability to maintain order and momentum across multiple moving parts makes her a vital part of the process.
She also handles quote processing and oversees all ordering for the finishes and materials used in our projects. Anyeliza is in the office five days a week and is fully bilingual in Spanish and English, which allows her to support clients and subcontractors with clarity and confidence.
